I'm Joseph Montillo, a senior UX and product designer who owns the whole arc: research on-site with real users, systems and design systems, high-fidelity UI, and hands-on front-end code. My work has shipped at two companies that were later acquired, including Reflexis, bought by Zebra Technologies for $575 million.
